The old Sybase Infobase knowledgebase ("Solved Cases") collection is now searchable through the SAP Sybase support portal.
- Go to http://support.sap.com , find the "Support Portal" title in the upper left corner and click on the little black triangle to pull down a list of portals, and select the Sybase portal.

2. Log in.
3. Click on "KBAs and Solved cases"
4. Expand the "show advanced search options" widget
5. Verify that the "Solved Cases" checkbox is checked. (You may want to deselect the others to test that your search is really working against the old archive, but all new information is being created as KBAs and Notes.)
6. Enter your search terms
7. Press "Go"
